Oakside Community Park is privately owned and operated by the Upper Adams Jaycees.
We welcome all visitors to explore our walking trails and enjoy our playgrounds, recreational fields, fish pond, dog park, and picnic areas. The Upper Adams Jaycees established in 1963. By 1965, the organization became the official host of The National Apple Harvest Festival which is the Jaycee's largest fundraiser. The Park was established in 1975 and has been expanding ever since then. Most of the festival proceeds are donated to the park each year to keep it maintained and beautiful for all of its visitors.
