The Rollins Avenue Park is a new six-acre park development that provides residents a tennis court, full basketball court, picnic pavilions with grills, playgrounds, a dog park, a community garden, drinking fountains, and a walking loop.
The Rollins Ave Park site encompasses 19-acres of woodland bounded by the Watts Branch Stream Valley, Rollins Avenue, and residential neighborhoods. Only six of the total 19 acres can be developed due to the Watts Branch Stream Valley and the immense changes in topography. The park is an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible and serve as an activity node off of the Central Avenue Connector Trail.
