Maywood Tennis Club
The Maywood Tennis Club was founded in 1973 by local businessmen, Al Subin, Moe Stein and Dick May. Since the early 70s numerous tennis and celebrity athletes have participated in activities organized by the club, and many instructional and social programs were developed. Under the current leadership of Larry May, Mike Goldstein, Bill Kurtzer and Marv Benzing, Maywood Tennis Club continues to raise the standards of tennis service clubs. In prioritizing maintenance of the Club's premium indoor courts, this centrally-located club has become an active part of the North Jersey community.
